The NIC Announces New Direction

The Board of Directors of the Nicolaysen Art Museum (The NIC) announces the hiring of Ann Ruble as Consulting Director effective immediately. This announcement follows the resignation of Mary A. Koernig from her position as Executive Director. Koenig had been with The NIC since June 2015.

Ruble comes to The NIC from the Wyoming Community Foundation where she has served as the Director of Regional Philanthropy since May 2012. A resident of Casper, Ruble brings 27 year's of experience in the non-profit and corporate sectors including recent extensive work with regional non-profits on organizational best practices and strategic planning, including The NIC.

The NIC Board and Ruble will work together for a long-term sustainability plan for the organization’s success. The timeline for this arrangement will be determined after extensive engagement with constituent groups.
