Neal Forsling : Through the Artist’s Eye

For over 90 years, people have gathered from near and far on June 21st to celebrate Neal Forsling’s Midsummer Festival on Casper Mountain. The festival, the capstone of Neal’s life as an artist, takes place at Crimson Dawn Park, which Neal gave to the Natrona County Parks Department in 1976.

Having kids is a life-changing experience. A parent might make a scrapbook or take lots of pictures to document the life of their child. However, since I’m an artist, I’m interpreting my experience of parenthood in a poetic way through the medium of sculpture.
When Things Dream: Wyoming Arts Council Biennial Fellowship Exhibition

The Wyoming Arts Council’s Biennial Fellowship Exhibition offers Wyoming residents and visitors the opportunity to view outstanding artwork created by the Wyoming artists who were selected as Visual Arts Fellowship recipients. The exhibition is hosted every two years by major arts venues around the state.
