Wine Ring Class by The Rugged Rose 307

Check out this new class with Casper Artists’ Collective Member, Laura Kemberling from the Rugged Rose!
She will be teaching the class how to make wine glass rings. This class will be on March 16th starting at 5:30 p.m.! The class cost is $20 for members of the NIC or Casper Artists’ Collective and $30 for non-members.
