About the Exhibit

This exhibit features a mix of sculptures of a wide variety of mediums as well as a selection of photographs.

Spatial Concepts in Sculpture, curated by Linda Ryan, aims to demonstrate the elements and principles of 3D art in multiple contexts, creating an enriching educational and artistic experience.

The exhibit is made-up of sculptural pieces from The NIC’s vast permanent collection and showcases a range of artists from Wyoming and abroad. A focal point of the exhibit is the work of sculpture and former UW professor Robert Russin, who’s idiosyncratic work can be seen all around Wyoming and the world.
