Evening Expressions: Adult Workshop Series

Session Theme: The Art of Clay:
In this second session of Evening Expressions, you will learn the art of hand-building with clay. Whether you are a seasoned potter or have never touched clay, this one’s for you! Learn the 3 basic skills for hand building with clay, the dos, and don’ts of building successful ceramic pieces, and take advantage of a large classroom space with all the tools you need to create a masterpiece. All materials and tools are provided. Just bring your imagination! You will leave this workshop series with 4 completed ceramic projects. (Some pieces will have to be picked up after firing in our kiln).
Week 1: May 2 – Animal Mugs Learn the art of pinch pots and coils as you create a unique animal mug from earthenware clay. The perfect vessel for your morning coffee or a unique gift for a loved one.
