Thank you for considering the Nicolaysen Art Museum for your event. The NIC is an artful setting for any occasion. Our spacious and historic venue offers an ideal location for weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and meetings. As one of the most distinctive venues in Wyoming, we would love to help you plan your experience. All areas of the NIC are ADA accessible. Included in your rental of the NIC we offer:
A 10% discount for museum members at the contributor level and above;
25 rectangular tables, tablecloths, and approximately 95 chairs;
A small kitchen for catering needs; and
A beautiful Steinway grand piano for entertainment.

Bryce Hall – (2,000 sq. ft. / max. capacities: cocktail 130 – seated 85 people)
Bryce Hall is the Nic’s main lobby. With its elegant high ceiling and natural lighting, Bryce Hall allows you to entertain in style.
Pricing for Bryce Hall is $1200.00 for 8 hours.
Rental of Bryce Hall with the option to keep the gallery spaces open for the private viewing is an additional $200.
Rental includes use of hallways, kitchen, sculpture garden, 2nd and 3rd floor landings and stairs.
McMurry Gallery – (4,000 sq. ft. / max. capacities: cocktail 300 people – seated 245 people)
Enjoy an exceptional evening by hosting your event within an art exhibit. The McMurry Gallery and adjoining side galleries create a contemporary setting that is unlike any venue in Casper.
Blackout dates may apply to the gallery space depending on the exhibition. Pricing for McMurry Gallery is $5000.00 for 8 hours with the renter being responsible for obtaining insurance for the day.
Rental includes use of Bryce Hall, hallways, kitchen, sculpture garden, 2nd and 3rd floor landings and stairs.
Discovery Center – (2,400 sq. ft. / max. capacities: cocktail 150 people – seated 85 people)
Our education center hosts art education classes and therapeutic programs for all ages. This exciting location offers a great space for birthday parties, baby showers or educational outings.
Events can be held in the large, open space or the smaller, private classroom. Pricing is $250 for up to 4 hours plus an additional $100 per hour. Rental includes use of kitchen and all activity hubs within the Discovery Center.

Santilli Library Conference Room – (580 sq. ft. / max. capacity 30 people)
With seating for 15 people and natural lighting, The NIC’s conference room is a comfortable meeting space.
A projector and screen can be set up within the space for power point presentations, slideshows, etc.
Pricing is $50 per hour or $250 for a full day (8 hours).
Private Backyard – (2,200 sp. Ft / max. capacity: 250 people)
Pricing is $750.00 for 8 hours.
